A rubber plantation worker was killed while another was seriously wounded after 30 heavily armed New People's Army (NPA) fighters torched a plantation of the Standard Rubber Development Corporation in Barangay Taluntalunan, Makilala town, North Cotabato province on Sunday evening.
Lt. Nasrullah Sema, 57th Infantry Battalion civil-military operation officer, said that the attack took place at about 7:40 p.m.
