It has always been a big problem for so many years on this issues
with regards to power not only in my own province Cagayan but the
entire country. We have the Cagayan River , the longest river yet
no one has ever thought about it on utilizing it for power supply
    and agriculture including aqua culture.

Maybe its time for me to help my province for it has been ignored
for a very long period of time since the death of our beloved
late Pres. Ramon Magsaysay who we all love.

Cagayan will never be taken for granted again. Remember that the entire
Cagayan Valley can play a big role towards FOOD PRODUCTION not
only to serve the local industries but for export specially towards
the winter time in all those countries who are having big problem on

    • What the province need is a lawmaker that can sponsor or introduce a bill to generate electricity using the river. Unfortunately, the Cagayan lawmakers don’t have the initiative or the know-how to do such thing.
