LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Ten of the 19 fishermen from Infanta earlier reported missing in the West Philippine Sea because of the onslaught of Typhoon Labuyo returned home safely Monday night while the six other also reported missing fishermen from Bolinao were rescued on Tuesday off San Fernando City, La Union. This was reported at 10 a.m. on Tuesday by Col. Fernando de Guzman, executive officer of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, who said this leaves only nine fishermen from Infanta still missing as of noon of August 13. De Guzman said the five other fishermen from Bolinao earlier reported missing turned out to be a miscalculation and a product of error committed by municipal authorities of Bolinao who relayed this number to PDDRMC.
