LAGUNA: Ten members of the Philippine National Police in Victoria town in this province were relieved on Monday after they were implicated in the murder of two inmates at the Victorial Municipal Jail.
Laguna Provincial Director Senior Supt. Florendo Saligao ordered the immediate relief and transfer of the 10 to the police holding area in Campo Hen. Paciano Rizal in Sta. Cruz town for investigation.
