More than one thousand senior citizens of Caloocan City (Metro Manila) have availed of the first day of a free-movie project of Mayor Oscar Malapitan. The mayor said he is happy seeing the city’s elderly watch a movie without paying even a single centavo. He witnessed on Monday the first day of the joint free-movie project of his administration and SM Center Sangandaan. The project for the senior citizens of Caloocan City is held only every Monday at the SM Center Sangandaan where the first three screenings of all films are made. Malapitan said holidays and days that fall on premiere and Metro Manila Film Festival screenings are not covered by the project.

  1. Thanks Mayor Oscar Malapitan for the continuous improvement on the welfare of the senior citizens.
    1. Suggest that we could avail of this benefit to nearby cities..a situationer where it is more accessible for us here in barangay 164 to go to trinoma/sm north compared to sm sangangdaan.
