A TOTAL of 1,021 military forces will be on stand-by for the third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte, a spokesman for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) said on Friday.
Col. Noel Detoyato, AFP public affairs chief, said the troops would be based at the headquarters of the military’s Joint Task Force National Capital Region (JTF-NCR) in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
