SOME areas in Nueva Ecija will experience an 11-hour power outage on Wednesday due to scheduled annual preven- tive maintenance at the Cabanatuan Substation.
In an advisory on Monday, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said the power shutdown is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
