The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has recently launched in Isabela the first Farm Business School (FBS), which would provide farmers some learning experience about business and market trends in their own local environment through the learning-by-doing approach.

Regional Director Atty. Marjorie Ayson said the learning process would also be interactive, i.e. the farmers would learn from each other and the facilitator would be there to guide them.
