BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) is installing an additional transformer in its substation in Barangay Busilac here to increase power to two large-scale mining firms in the province.
Nelson Bautista, head of NGCP regional communications, said the Australian OceanaGold Philippines, Inc (OGPI) in Didipio, Kasibu town, and the British FCF Minerals Corporation (FCFMC) in Runruno, Quezon town, have applied for a direct line with NGCP.
