LUCENA CITY, Quezon: The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) here has confirmed that two workers died when a river dike collapsed in General Nakar town on Sunday.
The dike is a component of the Sumag-Angat trans-basin project.
