TWO soldiers died and eight others were injured after a military truck turned turtle while traversing the Bulwang Spring/So Lukeke crossing in Antipas, Cotabato on Monday.
Lieutenant Silver Belvis, civil-military operations officer of the 39th Infantry Battalion (IB), said at about 9:30 a.m. in Barangay Malatab a KM450 military truck carrying a squad under the 39th IB tried to avoid hitting a child who suddenly crossed the Antipas-Arakan road but its driver lost control of the wheel.
