2 high-value targets in Central Luzon surrender

The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) on Saturday said two more high-value targets (HVTs) drug suspects in Central Luzon have surrendered to its operatives. Supt. Edwin Quilantes, CIDG-Central Luzon chief, identified the two as Randy Ronquillo and Nympha Compahinay. Ronquillo, listed No. 3 HVT in Nueva Ecija, was accompanied by village councilor Norman Tacbiangan in yielding to CIDG operatives. Compahinay was surrendered by her common-law-husband, village councilman Ralph David.
