TWO elementary students died after they accidentally drowned while swimming inside a septic tank in Pasay City late Monday, police reports said on Tuesday.
SPO1 Ariel Inciong, Pasay City Police investigator, identified the victims as Jerome Berja, 12, and Ricky Laurente, 9, both residents of Barangay Pag-asa 2 of the said city.
