Multi-National Coordination Center (MNCC) director Capt. Rafael Mariano on Wednesday announced that two more countries, India and Italy, have expressed their decision to help the Philippines in its ongoing relief and rehabilitation program for victims of Super typhoon "Yolanda".

However, he declined to comment further on the Indian commitment, stressing that India will probably deploy an LPD (landing platform helicopter) or LST (landing ship tank) together with engineering or medical group, as an initial coordination.
