Two passengers of a roll-on roll-off (RoRo) ship were rushed to the hospital after it accidentally hit the Bolado Port in Bacolod Wharf, Guihulngan town, Negros Occidental.
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Wednesday that throttle of the M/V Island Roro 1 broke down while it was docking. The out-of-control vessel then collided with the port.
