TWO winners claimed the P30.9-million jackpot prize in the 6/45 lotto draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
The jackpot prize will be equally divided between them.
PCSO Officer-in-Charge Con-rado Zabella, also assistant general manager for Gaming, Product Development and Marketing Sector, on Thursday said one of the winners is a 37-year-old housewife from Ca-gayan province.
“This is a blessing for her, and I hope she will use the money wisely, and also help others who in dire need,” Zabella added.
He said the winner got her winning combination from Random Pick.
The housewife, Zabella said, only bet P120 and she has been betting in lotto for a year.
He added that the winner from Cagayan will donate 10 percent of the prize to the church, help her siblings, build apartments and save for her children’s education.
Zabella said the other winner is a 66-year-old fruit vendor from Castillejos, Zambales, who has claimed her share.
