AN American and two Canadians were arrested in Muntinlupa City for their alleged involvement in a transnational organized crime syndicate that scammed people online.
The Regional Special Operations Unit-National Capital Region Police Office (RSOU-NCRPO) arrested Richard Racioppi Jr., Barry Rosen, and Jesse Andrew Scott by virtue of a search warrant in Alabang Hills Village at 6:25 a.m., according to a spot report. Racioppi is an American while Rosen and Scott are Canadians.
