More than a thousand participants from the Asia Pacific region joined 5,000 local hairdressers, trade visitors and tec-voc (technical-vocational) students at the 20th Hair Olympics mounted by the Asia Pacific Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association (APHCA). The milestone event was held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
