Three armed alleged drug dealers were killed, while 13 other drug suspects were arrested in separate police operations the Bulacan Police conducted on Thursday and Friday. Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr., Bulacan acting police director, identified the slain suspects as Antonio Alberto, 42, and one alias “Totpik,” both of Barangay Banga 2nd, Plaridel town, while one alias “R-Jay” was killed after engaging operatives in a gunfight in San Rafael town. Investigation disclosed that separate armed encounters ensued when the suspects sensed the ongoing police operations and fired at police operatives leaving them no choice but to retaliate resulting in the suspects’ death. Bulacan Scene of the Crime Operative recovered 10 sachets of shabu, three .38 caliber revolver; several ammunition, fired cartridge and buy-bust money. The arrested suspects were Larry Gil Ferrer, Eric Esguerra, Redentor Olayres and Resedilio Dequillio Jr., listed in the Drug Watch list of thePlaridel Police; Edmond Manuel, Evangeline Miraflor, Jay Feliciano, Conrado Bartolome, Alvin Torres, Michael Desiderio, Rodolfo Sta. Juana Jr; Allan Albes and Gilbert Justiniano. The buy-busts were carried out in the towns of Meycauayan, Baliwag, Guiguinto, Norzagaray, Santa Maria and Bustos; seized were 40 sachets of shabu and marked money.
