Three people were killed and three were rescued after a boat capsized in rough seas off Iloilo province late Saturday afternoon due to rough seas, police reports said Monday.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) national operations center in Camp Crame said the boat sank at around 4 p.m. Saturday in Sitio Botlog, Barangay Tambaliza, Concepcion.
