ILOILO CITY: Three high schools here were recently selected as recipients of the P120 million school building fund from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp (Pagcor) coursed through the office of lone city district Rep. Jerry Trenas. Acting City schools Division Superintendent Clarissa Zamora said construction will soon start at the Jaro National School, Iloilo City National School and Jalandoni National High School for a four-storey building with 20 classrooms. Zamora said construction will be completed before the start of the 2016 school year to accommodate the influx of more than 11,000 senior high schools under the K-12 school curriculum.
