THREE of the nine policemen who figured in the alleged extortion incident along EDSA in Mandaluyong City last year pleaded not guilty on Thursday to the charges filed against them.
Senior Inspector Marco Polo Estrera, Police Officers 2 Jerome Datinguinoo and Mark de Paz entered their pleas during their arraignment at the sala of Judge Carlos Valenzuela of the Mandaluyong Regional Trial Court Branch 213.
