BALER, Aurora: Three towns in this province remained isolated on Sunday due to floods and landslides caused by continuous heavy rains and strong winds spawned by typhoon "Lando."
The towns of Dinalungan, Dilasag and Casiguran where the typhoon made a landfall at 1 a.m. cannot be reached by any type of vehicles because of landslides along the Baler-Casiguran Road.
