The Villa Maria-Bongabon Road is likewise not passable to all types of vehicles due to landslides and the overflowing of the river.

Electric power supply was cut off since 9 p.m. Saturday.

Meanwhile, based on the report from the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC), a total of 66 barangays in the towns of Dipaculao, Baler, Casiguran, Dilasag, San Luis, Dingalan, Ma.
