    All is set for 32nd Star Awards for Movies on March 6 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City.

    It will be hosted by Piolo Pascual, Kim Chiu, Xian Lim, Alex Gonzaga, Bela Padilla and Robie Domingo.

    The opening number would be a tribute “Love Teams and Love Themes of Philippine Cinema,” with Jed Madela, Yeng Constantino, Christian Bautista, Morisette Amon, Mark Bautista and Juris performing.

    Immediate following would be the dance number of Hashtags composed of Zeus Collins, Jon Lucas, Jameson Blake, Ryle Santiago, Luke Conde, Jimboy Martin, Ronnie Alonte, McCoy de Leon, Nikko Natividad, Tom Doromal and Paulo Angeles.

    Concert King Martin Nievera will pay tribute showbiz’ Master Showman German Moreno while Angeline Quinto and Erik Santos duet for ‘Love Teams of Today.’

    This year’s recipient of the Nora Aunor Ulirang Artista Lifetime Achievement Award is Amalia Fuentes while Director Mel Chionglo will receive the Ulirang Alagad ng Pelikula sa Likod ng Kamera Lifetime Achievement Award.

    The PMPC is headed by Fernan de Guzman as president. The television special by Airtime Marketing Philippines under the direction of Bert de Leon will be shown ABS-CBN Sunday’s Best on March 13.
