358 INDIGENT FAMILIES IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL GET HEALTH CARDS

BACOLOD CITY: Three hundred fifty-eight indigent families in San Carlos City received the Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Program (NOCHP) cards Saturday in rites led by Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. Being holders of NOCHP cards, the beneficiaries, who are farmers and their families, will receive free hospital services in any government medical facility. Marañon told the beneficiaries that they are now entitled to free medical services at the 11 district hospitals in Negros Occidental, the Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City, and the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City.
