A 4.8-magnitude earthquake hit Bukidnon on Saturday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
According to the agency, the earthquake struck 10 kilometers northwest of Maramag, Bukidnon at 3:39 p.m. and had a depth of 9 km. It was tectonic in origin.
