4 Chinese nabbed with P1M ‘Shabu’


FOUR Chinese were arrested with P1million worth of shabu by anti-narcotics authorities during an operation in Manila on Monday. Chief Supt. Roel Obusan, Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) director, identified the suspects as Api Tiu alias “Happy Ang and Henry,” 61; Henry Bernales Go; Luz Chang Ang and Betty Chan. Obusan said the four were arrested at Goodhope/Goodlife Hotel on 518 Tomas Mapua, Santa Cruz. Obusan said the operation also seized at least 600 grams of shabu worth P1 million and P1.7 million in cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drugs from the raided hotel rooms.
