Four people were killed while another 19 were hurt after a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck the Central Visayas Tuesday at 8:12 a.m.
Initial reports said the fatalities were recovered from a portion of the Pasil Fish Port in Cebu which collapsed while the 19 injured were hit by falling debris in Mandaue.
