Senior Inspector Oliver Villanueva, Senior Police Officers 1 Ramil Pachero, Police Officer 1 Ebonn Decadoria, and Weavin Masa pleaded not guilty before Branch 213 of Mandaluyong City Regional Trial Court Judge Carlos Valenzuela to the charges of carnapping, kidnapping and robbery by a band.

Meanwhile, complainants Samanodin Abdulgafur and Camal Mama were not present during the arraignment.

The motion for bail will be tackled on November 26 and December 3.

Other policemen involved in the case were Chief Insp. Joseph de Vera, Senior Insp. Allan Emlano, Insp. Marco Polo Estrera, PO2s Jerome Datinguinoo, Mark de Paz and Jonathan Rodriguez.

The hulidap incident became viral late last year after a motorist who snapped a photo of the incident uploaded the image on social media.

The photo showed three vehicles flanking another vehicle along EDSA while at least five armed men believed to be the suspects point their guns at the cornered SUV.
