FOUR more policemen involved in the alleged “hulidap” extortion incident along EDSA in Mandaluyong City last year pleaded not guilty on Thursday to the charges filed against them.
Senior Inspector Oliver Villanueva, Senior Police Officers 1 Ramil Pachero, Police Officer 1 Ebonn Decadoria, and Weavin Masa pleaded not guilty before Branch 213 of Mandaluyong City Regional Trial Court Judge Carlos Valenzuela to the charges of carnapping, kidnapping and robbery by a band.
