LAOAG CITY: The Provincial Health Office (PHO) has warned that there are four suspected carriers of Human Immunodeficiency Virus ( HIV) in Ilocos Norte to date.
The PHO said that of the four carriers, two are from Laoag City and one each from Batac City and Dingras town.
