4-year-old leads cops to ‘addict’ dad

A four-year-old child helped the police to arrest his father and another man who were caught while in the act of sniffing ‘shabu’ in Valenzuela City on Monday.

Antonio Bautista, an electrician of Brgy. Bato, Valenzuela City, and Benecio Dalida, of Obando, Bulacan are facing charges for use of illegal drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Valenzuela Police Chief Insp. Allan Ruba said the two escaped from police operation conducted early on Monday but were later collared with the help of Bautista’s 4-year-old child who led them to his whereabouts. Bautista is in the wanted list of Valenzuela Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Division. Also yesterday, Ruba said they arrested a suspected drug pusher identified as Jonjon Garote of Brgy. Balangkas of the same city with 42 sachets of shabu, 1 sachet of marijuana, and a digital weighing scale in his possession.

  1. DRUGS everywhere! They don’t know how to stop the operation of this. The present administration were neglected to focus this problem we are facing right now. The failure to do something about this can cause CRIME so please the government of the Philippines….different forms of crimes due to scatter of DRUGS elsewhere…what are you waiting…we are in perilous situation, I am doing my part as concerned citizen but I have nothing to do, to trust with the right person…the police officers are usually the protector so how….the bail is too cheap for them, they can make ways to shoulder it and it is distributed to PDEA.
