• 50 Filipino artists for ‘Crimson Collection’

Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila recently launched The Crimson Collection—a digital display of over 50 artworks especially commissioned from selected Filipino artists.

Unveiled at the hotel’s gallery, the digital exhibit was curated by art consultant Hala Jaber. Strategically placed in the common areas of the hotel—the ground lobby, main lobby, pool area, function rooms and the club lounge—the paintings and sculptures complement the champagne and earthy undertones of the walls and ceilings, adding more colors and glamour to the hotel’s contemporary design and architecture.

Artists whose works were feature include Leopoldo Aguilar, Melbourne Aquino, Jojo Austria, Max Balatbat, Johnny Dy “Dezia” Chua, Clarence Eduarte, Maria Candida Flores, Sherwin Gonzales, Fitz Herrera, Jose Mendoza, Adam Nacianceno, Anthony Palomo, Rene Robles, Carlos Rocha, Jojo Serrano, Van Tuico, June Vicaldo and Edwin Wilwayco.

Aiming to elevate guest experience with the luxury of art and technology, the hotel also launched its “Self-Guided QR Code Art Tour.” By scanning the QR (quick response) codes of each painting or sculpture via their smartphones, guests will get to know more of the artworks, the artist, and the hotel.

The Crimson Collection is available for viewing from Mondays to Sundays. Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila is located at Entrata Urban Complex in Muntinlupa City.
