7 Isabela policemen face murder charges


SEVEN policemen in Isabela are facing murder charges for killing three men in Aurora town in May. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Division–Death Investigation Unit filed the case on Tuesday before the Department of Justice. Relatives of the victims, namely Jenevieve Te-od, Grail Ternio and Marlyn Bangit also joined the NBI as private complainants. SPO1 Randolph Cauan, Senior Insp. Sherwin Concha, Insp. Rey Lopez, SPO3 Julian Obrero 3rd, PO2 Alex Abalos, PO2 Jose Soliven 2nd and PO2 Eduardo Apan are accused of killing Johnny Bangit, Noel Lacuata Te-od, and Gabriel Dapio Ternio on May 3 at the Aurora Public Market.
