The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) attended to 69 devotees with minor medical problems as of 8 a. m. on Monday.
Red Cross staff revived 46 people who fainted and treated 19 others who were either dizzy, had wounds or bruises because they attempted to climb the carriage.
