Eight Quezon City Police District (QCPD) police officers were sued for the illegally detaining a car agent whom they have arrested for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle in January. Charged with arbitrary detention and violation of Republic Act 7438 (an act defining certain rights of arrested, detained or under custodial investigation) before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office were Sr. Insp. Rolando Lorenzo Jr.; SPO3 Pio Torrecampo; SPO2 Marvin Millante and PO3 Romeo Ramal, all reportedly assigned at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit, Anti-Carnapping Division of the Quezon City Police District. PO3 Jericho Gonzales; PO2 Shun Patrick Petuco; PO2 James Castro and PO2 Carlos Lignos were also named in the charge sheet. The National Bureau of Investigation filed the cases based on the complaint of Dandy Vizcarra, 31, of Taytay, Rizal.

      This is not only the case of the 8 policeman, they have also case in las pinas and paranaque, the rob the money of the car agent and they get all the cars that is legitimate
