Mass housing developer 8990 Holdings Inc. is accelerating the construction of housing units as it topped off its urban condominium project more than three months ahead of schedule.
In a statement, 8990 said it has topped off Urban DECA Tower EDSA--the company’s first high rise project--last Friday, after 654 days of construction.
