The 9th Rafael M. Salas Cup golf tournament will unfold on November 11, at the Camp Aguinaldo Golf Club. The event, which will be hosted jointly by former President Fidel V. Ramos and the Forum for Family Planning and Development features the team, “Full implementation of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Law.”
The tournament was named after Salas who served in various government posts among them as executive secretary during the time of President Ferdinand Marcos and executive director of the United Nations Population Fund.
