Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman William “Butch” Ramirez has directed commissioner Charles Raymond Maxey to go full blast in promoting the agency’s grassroots sports development programs in Mindanao.
“We must take a move and make our programs felt in Mindanao,” Ramirez said.
