Spices Restaurant at The Peninsula Manila transformed itself into a little slice of Thailand when it welcomed Chamnan Thepchana, chef of Thai cuisine at The Peninsula Bangkok, for the week-long “Tastefully Thai” food festival that highlighted the culinary wonders of the “Land of Smiles.”
