It was a dream come true for Tara Bianca Rustia, daughter of businessman Joel Rustia and businesswoman extraordinaire Joy Rustia, when she celebrated a sweet and unqiue debut at The Manila Peninsula.

The entire Rigodon Ballroom was transformed into a magical Katy Perry-candy land ensemble with a Victoria Secret twist.

Upon entering the venue, guests were welcomed by a giant ice cream cone, magical colorful trees, lollipops, popcorns, and lots and lots of candies. Over at the dining area, rainforest crystals were shimmering and dangling from the ceiling, tiny carousels were moving atop the table, mannequins were dressed in Victoria Secret inspired bustier, and faux trees were fruiting out a variety of candies treats.

Debutant Tara was revealed beautifully from underneath stage leaving every guest in awe. She wore a gown skillfully crafted by Edwin Tan who made it appear like there were three gowns.

Meanwhile, Tara’s parents and sisters were dressed up by the ever famous and legendary Randy Ortiz.

Though it was her 18th birthday, Tara also gave her guests a special gift by singing, and dancing with her friends.

Special guests who graced the event included celebrities John Estrada, Priscilla Mierreles Estrada, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Angelou de Leon Rivera and Wowie Rivera, as well as Muebles Italiano’s Noel Gonzalez.

To Tara, you are truly a lucky girl. Many more celebrations to come!
