• A new way to unruly hair

Before and after with the Soft Wave Treatment

Before and after with the Soft Wave Treatment

Relentless as ever in discovering new techniques in haircare, industry stalwart Ricky Reyes has just launched an innovation to tame tightly curly to unruly hair.

“I call it the Soft Wave Treatment,” Reyes shared with The Manila Times. “It’s an ideal for the so-called ‘in-betweeners,’ who don’t necessarily want pin straight hair.”

Further explaining the effect of the treatment, the hair guru continued, “Frizzy-haired women who long for softer curls should try Soft Wave because the end result will neither be too curly nor too flat. And the best part is, it’s more affordable than what’s out there today.”

Moreover, Reyes describes the treatment as a “cure all” for the wide range of hair problems since it can be used on dry, oily, and brittle hair for rejuvenation. Even those with damaged, chemically treated, permed or colored hair are candidates for Soft Wave.

Using a much gentler formula than what is traditionally used for rebonding, the treatment also uses a new technology that can turn a head of hair into soft S-curled locks, short waves, or loose locks in 30- to 45-minutes tops.
