THERE is a plot against Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd. That much is clear. The recent bad press that Bello has been getting is obviously part of a “smear campaign” launched by some personalities aimed at discrediting him for the Ombudsman post or laying the groundwork for his possible ouster. And if my sources are right, there’s more coming his way.
