A Happy New Year to all our readers!

To start 2016, a truly ideal partnership between three of the country’s esteemed institutions—Philippine National Bank (PNB), Philippine Airlines (PAL) and MasterCard—was sealed at the Conservatory of The Peninsula Manila Hotel.

PNB director Michael Tan, PNB President Reynaldo Maclang, PAL President and COO Jaime Bautista, and MasterCard country head Poch Villa-Real led a ceremonial toast expressing their mutual appreciation and commitment to each other.

Joining them were PNB’s Bernie Tocmo, Annie Umali, Joven Hernandez, Chris Dobles and Adelia Joson; Philippine Airlines’ Kevin Hartigan-Go, Marietta Casanova, and Nina Tsoi; and MasterCard’s Jo-Ann Camacho, Judith Dayrit, Ailea Zialcita, and Grace Gloria.

Highlighting the event was the introduction of the revved up and enhanced features of PNB MasterCard Credit Cards, which includes the PNB Philippine Airlines MasterCard, as part of PNB’s upcoming centennial celebration.

Special thanks were also extended to media friends who were recognized for their continuous support.

Beyond celebrating partnerships, the event served as an opportunity to renew and strengthen ties between these three institutions, where from greater achievements can be expected. Congratulations!

And may 2016 be a more peaceful and prosperous year for all of us.
