The Automobile Association of the Philippines (AAP) and the Philippine National Police has bonded together to help promote road safety.
AAP president Gus Lagman and Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group Police Chief Supt. Arnold Gunnacao recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the PNP-HPG headquarters in Camp Crame in Quezon City confirming the partnership.
