ABS-CBN Corp. and GMA Network Inc. both claimed on Thursday that they widened their lead in TV ratings in the viewer-rich areas of Urban Luzon and Mega Manila last month, according to their respective surveys.
ABS-CBN said more Filipino households across urban and rural homes nationwide tuned in to the programs produced by the network in March, scoring an average audience share of 44 percent, or 10 points ahead of GMA’s audience share of 34 percent, based on ABS-CBN- commissioned Kantar Media’s data.
