Network to air Sunday’s coronation night live

ABS-CBN Corp. and Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) officially renewed its partnership on April 11, in time for the 53rd Binibining Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night on Sunday.

“The partnership of both groups are geared towards working for the best. We’ll continue doing the same thing until we produce more Miss Universe titlists,” shared BPCI chair Stella Marquez Araneta at the contract signing.

Meanwhile, the network has also announced details of the live airing of tomorrow’s big event, where reigning Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is set to turn over the Bb. Pilipinas crown and title to her next successor.

Comprising this year’s roster of 40 candidates are local pageant winners, graduates from top schools, artists, sports and fashion enthusiasts, and working professionals.

Carrying the theme “Celebration. The Best Party Ever,” Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Grand Coronation Night will be aired live from the Smart Araneta Coliseum, with ABS-CBN artists Xian Lim and KC Concepcion as hosts.
