THE two Mandaluyong City police officers who were caught on video beating and pointing a gun at two men they arrested for violating a city ordinance banning drinking liquor in public have been sacked.
Eastern Police District (EPD) Director Chief Supt. Romulo Sapitula ordered the dismissal of Police Officers 1 Jose Julius Tandog and Chito Enriquez, both assigned at the Barangay Patrol of Barangay San Jose, Mandaluyong City, after he saw the video.
