Actor Crawford pleads not guilty of malicious mischief

TELEVISION host and singer Billy Crawford on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to the malicious mischief and two counts of disobedience to a person or agent in authority charges in connection with the police station brawl more than a week ago. Accompanied by his lawyers Lucas Carpio Jr. and Jose Aspiras, Crawford entered the plea before Judge Bernard Bernal of the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 74. The charges stemmed from an incident on September 7 inside the Taguig  Police Community Precinct 7 (PCP-7) at the Bonifacio Global City where Crawford went berserk. FERNAN MARASIGAN

  1. >>> Pleaded not guilty ? he entered the precinct and kicked the glass window or door, and then in the morning he said sorry to the police officer. So why not guilty?

THIS IS ONE OF THE NON-SENSE AND STUPID PART OF THE HUMAN OR CIVIL OR BILL OF RIGHTS which should be deleted and change to right and proper form. Imagine already inside the police precinct it happened and then the Trial Judge will granted him to plea a NOT GUILTY. This really funny in the Philippines.
