Admin charges filed vs QC policeman for sleeping on the job

THE National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) on Friday ordered the filing of administrative charges against a policeman of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) who was reportedly caught sleeping inside his mobile car. NCRPO Director, Chief Supt. Joel Pagdilao, said administrative charges are to be lodge against Alojacin’s precinct commander, Insp. Joseph Donaldo under the principle of command responsibility. Pagdilao said it was clear that the precinct commander had failed to perform his duty and order his men to respond immediately to the rumble that took place right in front of their precinct.
