A NATIONAL developers group will offer affordable homes at a housing fair later this month to help address the housing needs of Filipinos.
In a statement, the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association Inc (SHDA) said it they will hold a housing fair that will feature various home developers and suppliers later this month.
The third SHDA Housing Expo will serve as a “one-stop shop” to prospective homeowners for three days, the group said.
“It is a one-stop destination for everything and anything that they may need,” said SHDA Expo committee chairman John Paul Dy.
He said that the housing fair “is a much-anticipated event among prospective homeowners because we bring together under one roof the biggest companies that offer various products and services for their homes.”
Among the developers and suppliers that will participate in the expo are 8990 Housing Development Corp., Axeia Devt Corp., Ayala Land, Boysen Phils., Breezewoods, Chinabank, CHMI Land, Inc., Citihomes, Davies, DDC Land, DMCI Homes, Duraville, Filinvest, Hausland, Holcim, Homemark Inc., Honeycomb Builders, Jacinto Color Steel, James Hardie Phils., Lamudi Phils., Lumina Homes, Masaito, Matimco, Inc., PA Properties, PDB Properties, Phinma Properties, Prominence Properties, Property Company of Friends, Pueblo de Oro, Robinsons Banking Corporation, SM Development Corp., Steeltech, Suntrust Properties, and United Coconut Planters Bank.
SHDA’s third Housing Fair will be a three-day event from August 25 to 28, 2016 which will be held at the Glorietta Activity Center, Ayala Center, Makati City.
“Aside from unifying Philippine home developers, SHDA partners with the government and other sectors in pursuit of its Roadmap to 2030 for better housing options for Filipinos from all strata of society,” the group said.
